How long do I have to wait for my download?

Your download is available instantly. When you purchase any products from the Widow 411 store you are asked to create an account and all of your products are available from within your account right away. 

How do I know where to start?

This isn't meant to be completed in any chronological order so you can start wherever you want.

Take a look at each monthly theme and pick one! 

Will I have enough time to complete all the activities?

The suggestions are meant to be simple. However, they vary widely in length and depend on the theme. For example, some days might suggest a quick 5-minute breathing technique while other suggestions include a 20-minute stretch routine. Some of the suggested podcasts have episodes that are under 20 minutes and some are over an hour.

You can pick and choose which daily activity to complete based on your timeframe.

What do I do after I compete an activity?

You get to decide what you want to do with your activities and results. 

This is YOUR toolbox to do with as you choose. No one is looking over your shoulder 😉, so do what feels best to you. 

However, here's some ideas:

  • You can print the calendar and cross off the activities you've completed
  • You can use the Notes page (located in your Monthly Worksheet download) to keep track of completed activities
  • Do nothing - just move on to the next suggestion

Can I get a refund if I'm not happy with my purchase?

I stand behind this product and your satisfaction is important to me. Because this is a digital product delivered via Internet download, I don't generally offer refunds.  However, if you change your mind about your purchase and haven't downloaded anything yet, I will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
