Making Time for You

Making Time for You

This month is all about making time for those little rituals that make you feel good. Or open you eyes to things you've been missing. Or take you in an unexpected direction, literally and figuratively.

For example, one suggestion is to take a different route on your errands. Just going outside of your normal routine gets your brain out of auto mode and opens your eyes to new sights, sounds and smells.

The suggestions listed in this month's theme are uncomplicated ways to give your soul a little boost without spending a ton of money, taking up too much of your time, or overtaxing your brain.

I hope you enjoy these suggestions and repeat them long after you complete this month's theme suggestions.

When it comes to self-care, too much is never enough!
